Janine has achieved a Distinction in her Certificate in Recruitment Practice. After 12 weeks vocational study and an exacting 2.5 hour exam in Leeds, Janine has now qualified as a member of the professional body Recruitment and Employment Confederation.
Debi said ‘As an industry, recruitment is unregulated. We believe it is important to take these qualifications and work to the professional code of conduct laid down by the REC. In these demanding times it would be easy to loose our focus of quality and professionalism. Janine has done amazingly well and I’m absolutely delighted with her results. Well done Janine!
