The Client
Our client is looking for a driven Sales Office Administrator to join their team in their office based in Harrogate. This is a fixed term contract of 6 to 9 months (Maternity Cover), this is an exciting opportunity for someone who has had previous experience ideally in a secretarial/PA role. If you are an organised individual and have great attention to detail than this job is for you.
The Role
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Organisation of PA/Secretarial events and conferencing for internal and external customers such as arranging travel, visas, accommodation, working lunches and ordering refreshments etc...
- Publishing report on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Maintaining office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items
- Support sales field requests for images, catalogues and samples to send to customers
- Maintenance and organisation of diaries for directors and sales teams.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and have a strong attention to detail
